1. 14-Day Elegibility Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Any return requests initiated after the 14-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Rigid Apparel Standards
To be eligible for a return or exchange, garments must remain in pristine, original condition.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any cosmetic marks, perfumes, or deodorants.
All original designer tags, safety seals, hangers, and premium packaging must remain fully intact and attached.
3. Initiating a Return
To request a return, access your customer account dashboard and locate your order details, or contact our private concierge desk.
Once approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and scheduling instructions for courier collection.
4. Refunds Processing
Upon arrival at our fulfillment atelier, returned items will undergo a strict quality check. This process takes 3-5 business days.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Stripe clearing times may take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your banking institution.
