Welcome to By Tajiks. This document forms a binding contract between you and Lamis Abdurakhmonova ("Operator", "We"), operating from Istanbul, Türkiye. By accessing this Next.js storefront, you accept these Terms in full.

This storefront functions as a decoupled headless architecture utilizing MedusaJS and PostgreSQL hosted via Vercel and Railway. Your interaction with our client-side interface constitutes an execution of queries against our secure APIs.

You must be 18 years of age or older to transact on this platform. Passwords are encrypted via secure salted hashes; however, you are strictly responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.

All product listings, visual layouts, and price displays on the Storefront constitute an "Invitation to Treat" and NOT a legally binding offer. In the event of a technical database glitch, backend sync failure, or pricing algorithmic error, the Operator reserves the absolute right to cancel any pending order and issue a full refund without further legal liability.

All monetary checkouts are cleared via our integrated external Payment Gateway Provider (***). The storefront completely decouples checkout text from financial infrastructure via secure tokenization.

Physical fulfillment is executed via ***. Risk of loss, parcel degradation, or item damage transfers directly to the consumer upon successful handover to the carrier network. International customs, localized duties, and import-related clearances are the absolute financial responsibility of the importing consumer.

The brand name "By Tajiks", logo designs, customized storefront themes, and media elements are the exclusive property of Lamis Abdurakhmonova. Underlying engine framework assets remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the cumulative aggregate liability of Lamis Abdurakhmonova (as an individual or brand operator) for any operational failure, data discrepancy, layout downtime, or product procurement issues shall be strictly capped at the exact total amount paid by the consumer for that specific order transaction, or fifty US dollars ($50.00), whichever is lower.

You are strictly prohibited from launching automated vulnerability scans, injection payloads, or brute-force clusters against our MedusaJS or Vercel edge endpoints. Ethical disclosures must follow our Privacy Policy's Safe Harbor framework without monetary compensation demands.

These Terms and all transactional agreements are governed strictly under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any irreconcilable legal disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
